In order for our vets to pay the deserved amount of attention to your pets we have devised an appointment system.

This works both ways and means that you should not be kept waiting to see a vet.

Our opening hours are:

We do not close for lunch so you can call in between those times.

Operations are carried out Monday to Friday. We also have some scope for seeing you in the mid afternoon. Ring us if this is more suitable.

Please stick to the appointment times where possible. They were devised to give our vets consulting and operating time. If however you are unable to stick to the appointment time please call us and we will try to arrange an alternative time.

Emergencies

Emergencies are always given priority. If you have an emergency please come down straight away. Where possible please call us beforehand so we can be prepared.

If you have an emergency out of hours call our normal number. You will then get our answering machine which will give you the number for the emergency vet.
